Ladies ,don't listen to amber . bleeding or spotting for a few hours is not a period . make sure you have regular pap tests for cervical cancer . if you have irregular periods ,weigh gain ,spots ,extra hair and problems getting preganat get tested for PCOS . Women with PCOS also may be at higher risk for breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Small studies have suggested that a lack of ovulation (anovulation), as occurs with PCOS, is linked with a risk of breast cancer that is three to four times that of women without anovulation.

Period weight isn't that big of a deal, and once you start it shouldn't be a problem for weigh ins. Raquel Dardik, M.D., gynecologist at NYU Langone Medical Center. “Weight gain happens five days before your period, but you’ll be back to normal once you start,” she explains. That extra weight that doesn’t disappear after your period, though? This could be caused by pre-period cravings that make you hungry for salty, greasy foods, and sweets-and that kind of weight will not come off after your period, Dardik warns. So before you indulge simply because you're PMSing, think about whether you want to be carrying that extra weight post-period. Also, get your cat fixed.

I would recommend going to the doctor about your periods, so they can keep an eye on it, not that there's anything bad going on, but just to keep a record and it might motivate you to keep on keeping on. I have only had period problems when I have been overly stressed or anxious - spotting between periods. I have heard that being overweight and underweight causes periods to stop, come and go. Being obese can be detrimental to your reproductive system, PCOS etc... many obese people have that. I wonder if you have that? If so it could likely get better with the weight loss. Keep on. Next vlogmas you will be a new you, just think! When you go through hard times or big cravings or depression about food just think how it's momentary and the future you will thank you for it!

Hey Amber! I’m a med student and I would suggest you to go see a doctor again. It’s not normal to not get your period or have it fluctuate like that. Of course it could be because of your new lifestyle (both eating and working out) but it’s better to go to a doctor and have them try to find an explanation (which they can’t always do) than to just rely on what other people say. Why would she turn back: because she suffers from an eating disorder and she is not seeing a therapist for it. Therapy includes a relapse prevention plan, because bad things happen. We saw it with Destiny and look, she found someone that treated her nice and left you. Think about how bad it was for her to give up all the gifts you bought to keep her with you. If you want to binge and Becky says no then walk away until you get over it. Your weight-loss should be an incentive for you to push through it. Good luck.

When you are feeling moody or like you want to binge it may help to go for a walk or do some kind of excercise! Excercise releases endorphins which make you feel better both mentally and physically! It's also great to drink a glass of water before you eat or if you find yourself hungry because of boredom. It will fill your stomach somewhat making it easier to get full on less food. Y'all keep it up! ☺️ Edit: I like the ramble style! You can put a time stamp for the weight in part for people who like it short and sweet!

She is not bleeding because she is on her period, it's a alarm. I know this for a absolute fact. She had a estrogen spike that could not be controlled by her endocrine or her liver so it triggered her uterus. She doesn't have irregular periods like the rest of us. Its good to talk about periods as it can really help people understand. Personally, mine is incredibly irregular - it stopped for a long time when I was in the "worst" of anorexia but with bulimia it was all over the place, occasionally stopping, I also have PCOS which doesn't help. The breakouts you have could be related to the hormones especially if it's around the chin/jaw area.

Ya, your period cycle is normal and no need to go to a doctor. Everyone gets it twice a month. And you are totally right- cats shouldn't be spayed or neutered- clearly cats and dogs are going extinct since millions are put to sleep in shelters every year

You hate exercising because you're not doing what you love in terms of exercise and because you carry too much weight to even enjoy walking. Trust me, mobility is a blessing

So I’m also plus size and I have struggles with my period as well. I have always had problems with it and when I would lose weight it would come back and then go away. So I definitely think what you said about having it for two months is accurate. My hormones are like yes girl & I end up bleeding for a month straight. It honestly just comes and goes at it pleases. I want you to know that I’ve always been a silent viewer but today’s video I just wanted u and Becky to know that you guys have motivated me to take the necessary steps to lose weight. I have done several diets before and the most I’ve ever lost was 69lbs and I felt amazing. I also struggle with a food addiction and portion control is a big thing for me. I just want you guys to keep making these videos and stick to it. You guys are motivating me more than you will ever know and for that I thank you. Let’s do it together.

I feel like it's excuses, "period weight" etc.. KEEP GOING, get to that gym you keep saying about, also where is the steps and fit bit? Cmon girls!!!

Becky is totally okay.. but AL... I don't think she is allowed by some gym... some facility cannot take over 400 lb weight... She will damage those... it would be better she just started with simple exercise like walking and diet...

I do like Becky, she's so grounded and older than her years... they just need to move more!

You look so much more happier and calm. I can definitely see you guys progress. So proud of you both. Don't focus on the scale to much, take pictures, because sometimes they scale won't show your progress but you can see it in your pictures. That's what I do. Love you guys! 💟💟💟

I had issues with my period and I weigh like 119lbs. I wouldn't get it for two or three months at some Point. That's why I decided to get on the pill cause it would help me regulate my period and also ease the symptoms. Cause obviously if I didn't get my period for 2 months, I'd have cramps straight out of hell the next time I got it.

I think it's so freaking cool that they (esp. Amber) get so much hate and they're still here doing their thing. That takes a lot of balls

I live in the northeast and we call it the stomach flu too. Most people in the US should know what the term "stomach flu" means. People are just petty and stupid and look for any little thing to complain about cuz they hate themselves so they have to nitpick at you guys. Keep up the great work, girls! You're doing amazing.

You guys are so honest and some point just can't handle it. "You want the truth? You can't handle the truth." Lol that quote is perfect for this. People are just mad. Don't let anyone stop you.
