Hi Amber - thank you for all the research and information! I was familiar with all of the brands and have sold jeans by a lot of the listed ones: MOTHER, COH, AGOLDE, Free People, AYR, Veronica Beard and Levi's. I sold a pair of AYR The Beat High Rise Barrel Leg jeans for $118 in March 2023, and it is good to see that the style is still strong! Cheers, Katia

Thanks for the video! I actually found a Kimes Ranch shirt yesterday at the bins. It’s not worth as much as the jeans, but without your last video I’d probably of just tossed it back because I’d never heard of the brand and it was very unassuming.

Fabric factoid: the selvedge is the edge of woven fabric from the loom. All woven fabric has two selvedges in its uncut condition, one on each side. So those selvedge jeans were only cut along the edges. Cone Mills White Oak mill was the last selvedge denim mill in the US and it shut down in 2017. The company itself is still in business but it’s not made stateside.
