This track changed my life. After returning to America from India with my Guru, I got so sick from a tick bite and ended up bed ridden and almost totally alonee for the last 9 months. For a while there was so much pain on every level, I honestly didn't know how I was going to make it through. I couldn't sit for my regular spiritual practice, and I couldn't even hang on to a mantra in my mind while lying down because of the neurological symptoms of my illness. Then I discovered Ambient music....specifically this song. It gave me hope, and on a physiologically level actually helped to calm my nervous system and mind. And it gave inspiration. I even started recording and making music from bed. Thank you so much. A million and 8 thank yous. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I listened to this back in sophomore year of high school. The stakes were high -- I had to cram a year's worth of general chemistry in 3 days. So, I bought a 10 pound back of almonds, found this beautiful mix, and got to work. I passed! Fast-forward to now, it's just past midnight, and I am studying in medical school. Time.....certainly feels infinite in all these small moments. It's been almost 8 years, and my life has changed dramatically. Love your friends, family, and most importantly, yourself. I have an anxiety disorder & for me there's nothing that can help me with my thoughts & or my body reacting to my head , but this is changing that, 5 min ago I felt like I couldn't breathe ( I know it's in my head ) I closed my eyes & 10 min later I feel myself breathing normal again. It takes me hours normally Update 2020: I'm working again! I get on my bike & face the everyday anxiety. I still experience days when I can't do anything & just feel like dying but I'm on my way to a better me. You can do it too! You're not alone in this. I'm still struggling 24/7 but I still have hope & I wish you all the best & all the hope & luck you can recieve :)

Most of these ambient music mixes I only listen to once for background noise while I do computer stuff. But this is one of a few that I keep coming back to, the selection of the songs and the transitions between them are just perfect. I remember listening to this when it first came out in Dec 2016 and here I am again in the last days of 2022. I'm sure I'll be back many more times in the future!

I used to listen to this soundtrack when I worked late in the night while my then girlfriend went to bed. I love working at night, drawing (I'm an illustrator). I feel alone, yet connected to something bigger, at peace, when time vanishes and I just focus on the task, creativity to the max. Alone in our office. She is now my ex-fiancée. We haven't talk for almost 6 months now. After 11 years together. I haven't played this Ambient Mix for almost a year. Now is the first time. It's late at night, I'm drawing. And as soon as the first song started, tears came rolling down my cheeks. Humans are fantastic. We make music, we make visual arts, we dance, we sculpt, we create, we destroy, we love, we hate, we learn, we forget, we feel, we regret, we long, we ache, we laugh, we connect, we do, we live. This playlist will forever be attached to the memories of her (alongside many many many MANY other things) and us. Her sleeping, in the next room, while I was making art, knowing I would go to bed to her, tired but loved, accomplished. Thanks for this mix. I miss us. That's life though. Maybe one day.
