For those who don’t know, this fusion collab was made for the Studio Trigger anniversary event during SummerFes. However, it was exclusive to the album for a few months because the visuals seen here weren’t ready yet. Glad they took the extra time needed, the art looks great.

This Collab is all sorts of amazing. I do not know how these musicians/remixers do it, but they managed give each part the perfect balance between following the original tune used for the collab, while still having their pretty recognizable essence. The We Are Number One and Shovel Knight parts were the highlights for me. Would love to hear some sort of "reversed" fusion collab that uses those styles to remix a whole lot of tunes.

Thank you for this grand tribute to my personal Favorite anime, this was one that I watched 4 years ago and ever since then I’ve never really had something that overcame this neat self contained story. Never watched kill la kill, can safely say that this slaps something fierce though.

I'd reccomend it, stellar action scenes and it finds a way to embrace the dumb tropey side of anime while legitimatly being pretty cool. One of the rare times you could unironically say a shows skimpy fanservice actually manages to strengthen It's core themes/message and contribute to the story, but hey, somehow it works. I'd reccomend giving it a shot if you can deal with a show that contains a lot of Anime "Animeness", because if you can embrace that it's something pretty special, I think they have it on Netflix in some regions (if not in yours VPNs exist).
