I did this challenge once years ago, going to $0 by buying hedge plants and removing them. Never thought to use the magic town for the outhouse/sinks/food; I just peed on the ground and went hungry until I could get a phone and order pizza. Two ways to cheese this: you get the full value for items you sell if you sell them before midnight the same day, and the slot machine is a more consistent money maker than the genies. The trick is to buy art you DON'T like and look at it constantly, to bottom out your fun. Using the slot machine with an empty fun meter is a 100% win rate.

You can just readily download the Complete Collection online, you didn't have to track down a physical copy xD Runs perfectly and there's even a resolution and widescreen patch for the game.

Where can I find this??? I am dyying to play this again
@Jazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz2 жыл бұрын
@@chickennugget6233 I'm sorry, I wrote a whole breakdown on how to play it but youtube keeps flagging my comment, it's so frustrating. Basically, just search for The Sims 1 Complete Collection and the very first result is where you get it. The archive you want is called The_Sims_Complete_Collection_Win_Setup_EN. You'll need winrar to extract it. That page also gives you a full install guide, and even a code which you need. If that code is invalid, look at the comments for an alternative one. After you've got it running, grab the widescreen patch (again first result when you search for it). I hope this helps, sorry I couldn't be more specific but youtube won't let me.
