I started playing deceive recently and I have no idea how he knows that someone’s a person or not like the guard through the baggage thing I was like “huh how does he know that” and then I was stunned when he shot her and she popped into an agent

In this case it was the looted blue safe that gave the player away. When dowsey passed through that area, the safe was intact. Upon returning, he began placing the guard under scrutiny. Then he noticed the looted safe. I don't think that the guard's movements were enough to give away the disguise, but there was no one else around to account for the now open safe. It was enough suspicion to make the guard worth shooting.

NPCs don’t jump, pick up loot on the ground, open safes and take upgrades, and they also don’t stop at every drawer to search everything. Some NPCs stop at one drawer to open it and walk away but that’s it. Those are usually dead giveaways.

A thing I learned for discerning AI from players, is AI will never walk through another AI. Therefore, if you see a body phase through another, one of the two is a player.

people compare this to dbd because a large majority of the playerbase comes from dbd seeing content creators such as yourself from dbd are advertising by playing this game. I agree its 2 different types of games but with the same playerbase as each other

I just watched this guy get almost all their stuff from other players, like up until the infiltration to get the briefcase he used intel maybe once for a safe? If I could be as good...

Hi dowsey, can you tell me why having grey health upgrade is better than having it on legendary? Im just curious because im a new player and im trying to find out :D

You only need White (105) or Green (108) Health upgrades. There's no weapon that is going to kill you with White or Green but not kill you with a higher upgrade (Blue/110, Purple/112 or Gold/115). They're wasted health values.

Of the conversation at the beginning, pretty sure the only reason people are comparing it to DBD is that all of the DBD KZbinrs are playing it. Cuz it’s nothing like DBD
