The fact the run and gun playstyle is good in this game is atrocious... you never let go of sprint... that's insane. I really hope the devs find a way to turn this game back into a deceiving game rather than a BR foremost. They need to lean into the spy aspect more because there are just games that do the gunplay and hero character build/identity aspect better. Has good bones - just hope they have a solid idea of what they can do.

I mean, it could just also be that the people he is playing against are dog shit. I see people doing this in game and I just straight up follow them right to objectives and kill them because they don't realize that npcs only move in straight lines and never side ways or in diagonals unless they are in rooms.

It "was" OP until they fixed it. Prior to the last patch it was retaining full damage at 65m. You could stand in the training room and aim at the second to furthest back target and do the full 45 damage while hip firing. Now it has proper fall off and is fine.

@@null_ify na it was around for at least one patch to the next. I was commenting on it with a few streamers that the fall off was supposed to start at 10m (as per the wiki) but wasn't kicking in until 65m. But I went to check it earlier today (or maybe last night? Can't perfectly remember) and it was fixed.

Just subbed after trying this game on free weekend. Had a lot of fun even though my potato pc wasnt able to run this game smoothly. That stopped me from buying it, but i can watch your gameplay still. You're pretty good and very entertaining to watch! Don't drop on this game, please. I really hope that developers will keep support and polish this game, its really amazing! It's like AC: Brotherhood multiplayer combined with Hunt: Showdown in a funky "despicable me"ish or Evil Genius thematic. Wish you the best, dude! P.S. We need more pacifist Larcin runs. These just hillarious xD

It's really funny to me how the majority of people consider Hans weak when it's actually probably one of the best agents right now Legit impossible to lose a 1v1 if u play properly with him (unless maybe against a good Ace player), and since he destroy people in 2s, there is not much time for people to come and third party you.

people just dont play him properly. he sets up ambushes and gets out quicky. if a fight lasts more than 10 seconds (and that's pushing it) people just need to play a different agent

The answer is just like an “op” weapon in this game: yea, if you hit your shots. Hit those two and get a quick punch and you easily kill someone. But miss those two shots and you’ll get lit up by any Chavez, ace, Hans, yumi, red, or even larcin maybe.

Hans isn't as bad as everyone says he is I think. He's far from the best, and definitely as weaknesses, but he's far from unplayable

Once you get good, you start to know when you can run with impunity. He runs through chokes we’re he can tell if he is being stalked, and forces tells out of people. It’s high level for sure

I know I'm a year late but I just got back into this game and nothing is as op as the entire character of cavaliere. Literally every time I have to fight one she flies 20 feet through the air and lands a kick then guns me down in < 1 second

I feel like Hans is maybe a bad character for Solo but he absolutely kicks ass in Team. His first expertise can hit a whole team at once for a nasty ambush, his third gun can nuke an isolated player with shot + shot + punch, all his expertises make a gank very quick and clean. No more shooting Larcins and having him instantly slip away. I just feel like the slow debuff is nowhere near as useful in Solo. But in Team, he's a real bruiser.

I still love his #2 I feel like close quarters it's enough damage and attack speed that you can get it done but I've also sniped so many people fleeing with it. His #3 close quarters I feel I lost more often if you miss even one shot you are done.

I can say Hans is pretty much OP, i have played him over 50 hours.... But Dowsey you didnt even play him to his full potential. You need to use Shild with him and the W3. Shoot twice make 70-90 dmg depends on, how good you hit your target. After that you put the Shield down and reaload.... Rest of the Story is clear i gues

100% learn the Hans W3 Shield Combo. Hipfire shoot-shoot > place shield > reload behind shield > hipfire shoot-shoot. It's a pretty nasty combo that is extremely hard to counter.

Weird how you knew it was a player several times in this game. Like the guard you killed running in the blue door at the early 6 minute mark. You said it seemed like a guy trying to get access for free, but they clearly dropped a blue access card. 😂

If you look back, the guard was only walking to the guard room, then started sprinting after the door opened and Dowsey ran out. They may have had a blue key card but the movement there is suspicious. They should've just kept walking if they wanted to be stealthy. Considering they had a blue keycard there's no reason to sprint to the door anyway in that situation.

@@Scottney That's true, Dowsey could just be fairly confident or doesn't mind bringing attention to himself in this sort of game, who knows. The fact he (and many other players I'd imagine) can get away with shooting so many guards aggressively just shows there's not enough punishment by the heat system. And that there's not enough punishment toward the player for reckless behavior.

for the first few kills u were hitting people 3-4 times anyway, whats the point of using tier 3 over tier 2 in that case? Honestly id go with tier 2, ive had more success recently with it.

it's a good weapon but I don't think its op, you need to be very close and don't miss any shots or you are done, its reloading speed its too much

I don't fully understand why Hans is perceived as the worst agent. I'm very new to the game but his Silence ability sounds pretty busted to me, I don't know. Can someone explain me why that is the case? Is it his slow firerate or am I missing something?

Abilities don't contribute to damage in a meaningful way in this game usually. Guns are the strongest part of an agent's ability to take fights, and Hans has very meh guns outside of his w3's ability to burst.

@@jobvermuyen5382 W2 was buffed in a recent patch so he might have leveled Hans before the change. W1 sacrifices both DPS and spike damage in exchange for ammo efficiency, which is a poor trade.
