I've noticed that, since the first 24H2 update, there was a huge perfomance downgrade on CS2. Used to take 240+ FPS in a Valve deathmatch, and now it struggles to maintain 300 FPS on a Match Making or Premier game. When looking for a solution, I've found out that by disabling the core isolation in Windows settings, the performance got better, but not as good as in the 23H2 version or even in the Win10.
