We have a few of these at the place I work and after one started slowing down I found this video and spoke to a tech and the only problem was lubricating the air cylinder. Thank you for the fix and great customer support.

That's what's going on with my brand new Jack, it's losing air pressure through that motor thingy I'm going to try that oil thing and see if it works

This is very good - THANKS! However, I wish someone would show how to restore the air motor part of this assembly - mine quit working or even making any sounds over a year ago. I've had it apart and checked for clogs and everything I can, with zero success fixing it. The bottle jack itself still works great, but manuially only. The air part is a boat anchor for now. Any help appreciated!

Mine is the same And I've took it apart checking and nothing but I did hear him say if over filled will lock up so I'm not sure if mine is over full will be looking into the oil level maybe drain some out and leave the drain back valve open when checking 🤔 thinking out loud may.be someone can point me and u in the right direction. mine is doing the same thing except I can hear the air escaping. Do this take a sledgehammer and beat it until it decides to listens to your command😔 does Jack's can be hard-headed sometimes

@@rclarke2456 Well, I have put that 20Tonner on the shelf now and purchased a replacement on sale foe about 90 dollars complete. Still from HF, but looks quite a bit different so maybe it is improved now? Time will tell.

I tried this and no luck, 😢 it does work manual, but miss the convenience of the pnewmatic doing the work! Any suggestions? I try to look for places around me that can fix them ,no luck

So mine is doing the same thing and I guess I'm going to do the same thing he did cut the cam go buy a new jack and start the video again and say it's working now yea because that's exactly what you did it's a different jack and working !! Bet the old 1 is setting out of frame still not working !!

My jack works properly manually but my air pump will raise my pickup about two inches and no more same thing not under load. is there any adjustment?

Why does my air bottle jack leek oil from the air vent when I push the air button to operate jack?

Mine too. Spits a good amount of oil out of the bottom air vents of the air motor. What's the deal with that?

@@quadcamera torn seal for the tiny piston in the motor, so as it pumps oil it lets some back into the pneumatic cylinder

20 ton winter numaticaircylinder is blowing air out around the bottom where there's 4 half moon port holes. Works manually what going on

Hello,thanks for the video. I have one of these. I want to take the pump off and place a pressure gauge? I will use the jack just manually, but I like to see the pressure. Can I do that? I took the body off, spring. How doe I take off the husing and place a gauge in place? I problaby fugire this out, but any hoot. I love tech video;s!

It looks like that jack got dropped and the corner is bent. Is it safe to use? I does not look as stable as it should be. I really don't know, so I am just asking.

I was eyeing that as well, and with my experience it can lead to slipping. Especially in the northern regions where ice is an issue. I wouldn't recommend using it.
