FYI from a metabolic standpoint; if you can tolerate non-fat Greek yogurt then you are very unlikely to be lactose intolerant. The lack of fat actually means that it’s harder to digest the lactose if you have lactase deficiency. It’s likely an aversion to the higher calorie/ “unhealthy” foods or something else if you get symptoms. The only thing that is harder to digest from a lactose point of view than non fat Greek yogurt is milk. The fat in yogurt actually helps you to absorb the fat soluble vitamins in it a lot more; and there are multiple studies that show that individuals who drank whole milk/whole yogurt actually had better composition and weight management than those who drank/ate low or non fat versions

hmmm that’s very interesting!! i find that super rich foods with dairy in them hurt my stomach (like ice cream for example) and make me break out… (even sips of milk upset my stomach) idk if i’ve just gotten used to it or what but greek yogurt doesn’t bother me. def something i’ll keep in mind!! thank you for the info
@julianaevans7911 ай бұрын
Yogurt contains the enzyme lactase which allows the body to break down lactose which is the milk sugar that most people cannot digest. This is typically why the body of lactose intolerant people can handle yogurt and not pizza, ice cream or other lactose heavy foods.

Amelie, show your food girl! I understand that it might trigger someone, but at the end of the day this is YOUR channel!! If someone gets triggered, they can always make the decision to skip that part of the video or click off. It’s great that you’re considerate of them but at the end of the day post what you love and post what you are passionate about. Your supporters will be supportive of you no matter what you choose to post! You are such a bright light, so keep on shining❤

i myself am on day 11 of 75 “hard” but i also altered the rules. i mainly wanted to improve my diet and eat more protein and healthier over all. I am a competitive jiujitsu/Wrestling athlete so i wanted to make sure i was fueling my body right and trying to get in more protein. I am making so much progress in my workouts at home and in jiujitsu. When i feel unmotivated watching your videos help so much! i love your videos keep them coming!🫶🏻

Hi! Love your content and I'm so excited you started this mental challenge! Quick comment I wanted to leave here about the video title, in case you and other people find it helpful. It's misleading to name it as 75Hard when you mentioned you're doing 75Hardish or 75Soft to include the rule bends. The 75Hard rules are simple but absolute, so bending one even a bit means you fail. So as long as you don't call it 75Hard and give yourself credit when there's some rule bending going on, then it is fine. In terms of the outdoor workout, Andy stressed that you should be safe about it, which implies to stop the challenge if you need to skip the outdoor part in the case of a life-threatening weather condition. Basically, if you skip a single rule, you start over from Day 1, no excuses. Also the outdoor workout and the second workout have to last at least 45 mins consecutively each, so breaking them apart is also not valid, and they need to happen at least 3 hours apart from each other, so no coupling is allowed. I recommend getting Andy's book on 75Hard to anyone who's interested in learning more about it or have doubts on a certain rule and want to know what is valid, what is not, etc.

That's great! I know you got this. I'm doing 75 soft due to my current schedule in life. So, love that their is another option so you really don't set yourself up to fail from the start lol. Excited to follow you on this challenge. Also, Amelie do you know about whole protein (complete protein) vs just protein? Apparently most foods lack amino acids. I recently came across it and I'm slowly seeing my body change now that I make sure most of my protein is whole protein. Simple example The combination of beans and rice creates a complete protein. Check it out if you haven't. Lost of articles and videos.

@Msnellyberry16 ай бұрын
If you make changes to the actual challenge then don’t call it the 75 hard challenge because you discredit the ppl who actually did it because it’s an insane hard challenge. However, you did amazing and it’s great that you got amazing results inside and out 🫶
