It’s actually usually a sign you aren’t eating enough carbs/overall calories. As an RD, I find that when clients start to eat more carbs and overall food, and stop hyper-fixating on protein, they tend to crave sugar a lot less

I have been in gymnastics my whole life but never payed any mind to what I was eating. I was always angry with myself and confused why I still wasn’t in shape, healthy, and confident in my own skin. Finding your channel has helped me more than you know!! I am two months into working out regularly and making sure what I eat will fuel my body to do great things. If you’re still consuming artificial sugar (like the sucralose) which is in the Celsius/protein bars/amino lean you’re still going to continue craving sugar. Artificial sweeteners (sucralose, aspartame, acesulfame- K, etc.) are also not good for your gut microbiome.
