If your mind begins to wander, simply redirect your attention back to your breath and the repetition of the Amen mantra.
Continue repeating the mantra with the video until the end.

For this meditation, you will be lying down in a comfortable, relaxed position.
Begin repeating the Amen mantra, either out loud or silently within your mind.
Allow your focus to center around the mantra, as you sink deeper into a state of relaxation and tranquility.
If your mind begins to wander, simply redirect your attention back to your breath and the repetition of the Amen mantra.
Continue repeating the mantra with the video until the end.
