I am having trouble praying. mainly, when i pray my thoughts are consumed praying for the return of our daughter. now i'm not sure i know how to pray. we are instructed to reach out. Where two or three are gathered together in my name, i am there among them, says the lord. so i publicly pray and ask for prayers. then we are told, not to pray on street corners where everyone sees. i want our daughter to come home and i don't know how to pray for her return. help me lord. i place my trust in you. i believe it's the devil who distracts my mind to watching the news. taking time away from my praying and worrying about our daughter. lord bring our daughter home.
