The one thing that struck me about this is how polite and grounded the kids are. Like Lance saving for college and never forgetting his manners. Whether you agree with the sport or not, these are some well-raised kids.

Usually rodeo videos are annoying to me as a bull rider but this one was good on so many aspects. I love them talking about the breeding program and how insane it is.

One of the problems is the big bulls for the little or beginning generation. When you get into pro events you live to get on the best buckers. I started at the age of 15 on mini bulls, got on about 9 of those and jumped head first into the big ones. 4 years later riding in some smaller pro events I love getting getting on bulls that buck, cuz if you stay on you pick up a big check, if you buck off it makes for a cool story

Yes sir. I am a city kid I guess. I wanted to live on a fame so we moved to Nebraska from Colorado so I could work in dairy and pig farms and various farms. I quickly learned how hard it was. I can’t believe the work ethic the kids have. Vary nice and grounded people. It was worth it .

My kid did enduro when he was only seven. But there was no injuries. Not for him or one of the other 45 riders. Powerful unpredictable animals are dangerous. I wonder how many kids grew up with back problems.

I would certainly never let my 7 year old or my 12 year old do something so dangerous, but then this isn't my culture. The Dad is a bit intense but the Lara family seem like a close family, doing something together that they all love.

I remember once I had my head stepped on riding steer when i was a youngin and my dad told me i had 15 minutes to cry in the truck and if he comes out in 15 and im still crying we are goin home. I balled my eyes out but when it hit 15 i was walkin back to the buckin chutes. Its a way of life and you gotta want it to live it. Now im 18 buckin bulls in the CWRA

One of my biggest regrets is not being introduced to rodeo until now. I’m 17 so it’s basically too late to start. My message to anyone who wants to start bull riding and other rodeo events, DO IT NOW! I regret not doing it.

I am Canadian but i would think about moving to America if i found the right man! All my life I have been memorized at watching bull riding, I love everything about it,the riders,there manners,there faith and just everything. My dream would be to meet a cowboy and get married and be the best supportive,loving wife and even if he has a kid(s) that would be a bonus.! GOD BLESS❤

If you still want that, move to Tyler texas. It’s close to Fort Worth enough where the heart of bull riding is and some of the most polite kids I have met. And very religious.

I respect these families and their culture of doing this. While other families let their kids run around, get into trouble, do drugs etc., these people are involved in a group activity which to me seems to be filled with discipline and respect.

I watch bullriding sometimes,and i must say I sort of like it.On the other hand I must say these kids are too young for this.But I agree with that trainer,if he´s got rides that are not so wild,it can be fun way to learn it.Every sport can be made safe if managed by proper people.Lots of love for Texas and it´s people from Czech republic!!!

I used to want to do this then I discovered racing when I was 6. Well knew about it but didn’t want to do it till I found out they went 200 mph and then I raced go-karts when I was about 8 and I fell in love with it.

I'm getting that overly aggressive sports parent vibe from that guy. He's obviously living vicariously through his son, and he daughter doesn't look like she enjoys it too much. I don't have anything against rodeos, I personally live in Texas and it's big deal, even in Austin. It's just unfortunate some parents are terrible at reading children. Of course she says she likes it, kids want their parents to be proud of them. That's my soap box, take it or leave it.
