I'm currently staying in an area of Philly called " the badlands" because my brother had surgery at Temple, no one hangs out on the sidewalks after dark ( unless they are doing business) i noticed in this video when you rolled through Philly not one group was out hanging on the side streets or alleys. There's definitely a reason for that. I was warned by the hospital security staff that its not safe to walk after dark. It also took me an hour to find an uber willing to take me back to where I'm staying because it was after midnight by the time his surgery was done.

It's sad how many people think this stuff is a joke. A lot of people love complaining about how none of these people in the video are doing anything with their lives. These people didn't choose to be born into situations like this. They didn't decide to have a horrible upbringing that taught them to sell drugs and sell their bodies for money. The people who are laughing at the individuals in this video are a great example of why this country is so divided and so much hatred exists within it. you shouldn't be laughing at an individual's situation when you've never experienced what they've gone through. Try to have some compassion for once but I, unfortunately, understand that's really hard for a lot of people.
