Still using my egg cooker and love it! I had my grandmother's egg cooker from the until I had to replace it around 2015. Nothing makes eggs better, especially hard boiled eggs. I need a knife sharpener!

Someone I knew once told me how their household had a hand cranked potato peeler. Having the appearance of a washing machine drum with a cheese grater style interior, turning the drum peeled the potatoes en masse. Sounds a brilliant idea but I never saw them in the shops.

I worked at a large motel with multiple restaurants it was the only one I seen with what you are talking about. It looked like a washing machine with a large cheese grader disk in the bottom, water steady ran through it that would peal the 50 pd bag in mins. I never seen one in regular peoples kitchen before.

I have a radio alarm clock that resets after a power outage and automatically adjusts to daylight savings time so I "didn't" have to touch it (other than turning on the radio)... that's until President Bush changed the start and stop date for daylight savings time, resulting in having to adjust it four times a year. ;-) Now, being retired, I don't adjust it at all. ;-D

It's great in the morning to grab a couple of hard-boiled eggs out of the fridge when you're on your way to work that way I can have something to eat take my vitamins 🤗
