I... can't. I just can't. This popcorn calendar is everything I want for Christmas for the next 5 years. I see literally NO problem with making it myself + you would get literally THREE PIECES OF POPCORN every day if it was already ready to eat. It's just no way they could put already cooked popcorn in the calendar of this size.

Also, you can pop that in the microwave! Put the kernels in a paper bag (the large lunch style), fold the top down 2-3 times (creasing well, though not a big deal if it gets open if things are clean) and microwave!

The popcorn one would be perfect for someone with a popcorn machine. You can put corn kernels in a brown paper bag and microwave until the popping stops. I imagine you'd get 5-6 pieces if they had included popped corn so this way is probably more satisfying if you enjoy freshly popped popcorn 🍿

@@otma2011 lmaoooo no is not. You have to put oil with some butter on a pot, you heat it up , shake the kernels with the oil, and let them pop. You just have to shake the pot to help them a bit so they don't burn

I LOVE the popcorn calendar! I only make popcorn on my stove in a pot and this would be perfect. I have a reason to make popcorn every other day. Bonus! You do need to make these. I use peanut oil in a pot with a lid that I only use for popcorn. You can try each of the flavors and describe.

With the dried fruit calendar, every single should you opened I was on the edge of my seat like "where's the pineapple?" I love freeze dried pineapple! YUMMY YUMMY! Also, freeze dried mandarin oranges...I buy those from a different company in big packs. They are so tasty and so tart. They disintegrate in your mouth and have such a great flavor. I absolutely LOVE this idea for an advent calendar!!! P/S- you have to try egg nog. It's an acquired taste, but if you get the right brand it is perfectly spiced DELICIOUS!!!

This year I bought myself the Bonne Maman advent calendar. It has 23 limited edition fruit spreads and 1 honey. They also included 2 teas to promote their new teas. The jams have flavors like apple, caramel, and cinnamon; mango, raspberry, lime; strawberry with star anise; pear with cocoa nibs. I’m really excited to try them.

You can make those popcorn kernels in the microwave! Buy brown paper bags, put the corn in the bag, then cook in the microwave. I don't believe they need any oil, but I recommend googling it a bit.

You would love a popcorn machine! You plug it in and it takes only a few minutes! Then you melt some butter, pour it over the popcorn, and then put the seasoning on!

Actually lots of people love popcorn. This calendar is amazing also along with the freeze dried one. Just put a little vegetable oil in the bottom of a pan and get a lid and after a minute put in the kernels and put on the lid and once they start to pop listen and when you start hearing breaks in the popping you will notice once it stops popping then you dump it into a bowl and you can then pour on melted butter if you want and sprinkle with the flavor of your choice. Lots of love from Michigan ❤️ p.s. eggnog is absolutely incredible.

That popcorn is a WONDERFUL one. I gave on to my daughter and she loved it. You open the bag, pour it in a sandwich bag like you get at a fast food place. Fold over the top to close the bag. No oil. Just put it in the microwave and push the popcorn button. It's fabulous.

I never bought Advent calendars. I used to make customized countdowns for my niece when she was little. Her favorite was an owl's nest, made with a basket, greenery, a feather boa, and an owl ornament. Freeze dried corn is common, and can be bought at any Dutch market. My grandfather made creamed corn with it. If you have a Trader Joe's near you, they have freeze dried grapes and cantaloupe, too.

I’d love to see a video of what differences you find in the US, like household appliances, or things that are “normal” in the US that you’re really enjoying since moving here!!! Like outlets in the bathroom or things like that!!

I think you’re the Best!!! 👍🏽 I love your videos. 💕 ~I’ve been told with a 12 day Advent Calendar… Day 1 is Dec. 25th and then you do the 12 days of Christmas… to January 5th. Then January 6th is a new holiday, the Epiphany (when the wise men came to see baby Jesus). So that’s why some people don’t take down their Christmas tree until January 7th.
