Yes, it's really unfortunate. Some 4 star Executive Chef makes the demo version for commercials and print advertising and then the rest is made in a cheap commissary cooked by 1 star chefs, or people without culinary experience, or a factory. Take for example Burger King. No one makes it like the commercial. Sauce is way too much and dripping or it has been smashed with a mallet.

Pro baking tip: when you bake anything on dark pans or glass pans, you need to reduce the baking temperature by 25⁰ F. For example, if the instructions say to bake at 350⁰ F for 15 minutes, reduce the baking temperature to 325⁰ F and bake for 15 minutes. Glass/dark surfaces conduct heat differently which is likely why your cookies were a bit over done!

Okay two things: here in Sicily, Italy we have a savoury dish called “mattonella palermitana” which basically has the condiments of pizza, and sometimes ham, inside sort of a sweet croissant dough. So when you think about it that croissant pizza wasn’t that weird. Second thing, the label “gluten free” is written on things that are “obviously” gluten free because celiacs could get sick even just with contaminations. Meaning that if the factory that made that “naturally” gluten free product also made another product that has gluten in it they cannot guarantee that it’s not contaminated and therefore they cannot say it’s safe for celiacs to consume

My favorite videos are when he uses tiny hands to make tiny foods, when he recreates a Gordon Ramsay recipe using only audio, and of course ANY where he gets different cakes or creations from different star-rated bakeries! Ohh, and he has a *bunch* of Advent Calendar ones that are really fun !!!!!

I've lived in America for my entire life (17 and counting), but I haven't even heard of so many of these products, but I mean my parent still buys the food I eat so lmao

Man, I'd be the PERFECT shopping assistant for this! I'm that annoying chick pouring over every single product in the store looking for new/crazy/gross things I've never seen or tried before and I get super excited genuinely about it....even though I usually don't even end up buying it lol idk why!??

Your awesome! I love the long videos. I love seeing things through others perspectives. It’s cool to see someone like you that is very creative came up with things not knowing they were real then coming to America and seeing they are. Btw your version of the lucky charms marshmallows are much better then what they made. I’m excited to see if you do some more of that series and make some new things. I hope you get some inspiration here. Even if you don’t love your videos. Always be you no matter what others say.

I accidentally used puff pastry instead of pizza dough (similar packages and product shape) and it was delicious! The pizza croissant made me drool.

Cook the cookies half the time lol Especially if you only cook four of them at a time but those are my favorites are very good when cooked right💗

Honestly with the cookies you should try freezing it befor you bake them. It’s also good straight from the freezer raw.

As a French person, I'm not appalled by the croissant pizza (you seem to enjoy it, so it might taste good) but if I want a croissant, I eat a croissant, if I want a pizza, I eat a pizza.... Why mix both? I feel like American people are very attracted to "novelty food", they like to mix and match stuff to make it look crazy, original or impressive just for the sake of it and not for the real interest in terms of taste.

Sometimes when you mix foods you discover combinations that work really well together - it's like creating something actually new - sort of. Croissant pizza is not the same as normal pizza - so there's a place for both. If they taste exactly the same, then you're right, no point in that, but if they taste different enough - I say it's worth trying new things in case you discover something that's better than the original :)

they do that to stay relevant, they literally have no real culture, so their culture is to make this kind of things, and to make them quick

It wasn't bad in fact tasted better than their normal rising crust. The breakfast one wasn't too bad.
