First of all how can somebody who weighs 178 lbs expect to ever come close to a guys back size and definition of that of Arnold Schwarzenegger who at his peak was 250 lbs, ripped Second of all, how can expect to look that naturally when Arnold looked like that as a result of genetics hard work and steroids. Also aesthetic bodybuilding is to improve your body and sculpt it to be the best it can possibly be. Its to strive to look incredible like a greek god. Aesthetics is not about size. It takes more effort to keep low body fat small waist and keep your body looking proportioned then to just put on as much size and strength as possible.
