I'll be on this flight in 2 weeks. The business seats look really small...not at all like they used to be. Did you feel cramped? I don't understand why they can't make them bigger since you have all that "pod" space around you anyway, Grrrr. And I hate the configuration of backwards seats...and that it's not at all couple friendly seating, especially if you want a window. Last observation: the "service" seemed very meh!

Thanks for watching! I’m also not a big fan of these seats, but there are also worse products out there. Try to get one of forward facing seats. Also, don’t expect too much from the crew. They are professional and efficient, but not too friendly.
