Cabin looks old and need refurbishment but service from the crew seems to be fantastic.

My flight with them to Tokyo last year was delayed by 8 hours. Security guards were instructed not to let passengers enter the terminal. Luckily I had boarding pass as a transiting passenger. Couldn’t imagine other passengers had to wait outside for hours until we were bused 40kms to a hotel in Colombo at 2am. Easily my worst flight of the lifetime😅

Wonderful video. Hawaiian Airlines business class seats on their A330-200 aren't competitive. They're old fashioned, unlike what could be found on their new B787-9 which is awesome. Soft product looked good though. I'm impressed with the quality of the Japanese dish.

Their new Business class cabin looks great. The flight was only 7 hours but they served a full dinner and a small breakfast which I hope other airlines do the same. Most airlines only serve a meal or a meal and a small snack...

Food departing from Spain is brilliant. When loaded in other countries by external catering companies in the flights back to Madrid a bit worse. Specially the one from NY, Buenos Aires, Havana and for example Guayaquil.

Iberia's new safety video is too cringy and didn't make that much of sense.

By any chance were there any passengers who were met by PS on arrival in LAX and got driven across the apron to the PS facility on W Imperial Hwy to clear private customs/immigration and wait for their checked bags while sipping on champagne and dining on caviar pair with homemade potato chips?

How soft was the bedding? and... was the "lie flat bed" even or uneven in the middle? I heard complaints in AA Business that the bedding is hard and there is an uneven crease where the top & bottom portions of the seat meet when it is in the lie flat mode. Thanks for any help!
