Yes, I saw the Last Dragon when it came out. I was in High school. Vanity (Denise Matthews) played the female main character. Loved the Debarge "Rythum of The Night." I have the soundtrack album. Nothing like the 80's. :))

This was in 1985 by this time Janet had ended their marriage (or was close to ending it). It's so crazy that people still think that Janet had a secret daughter and never told James about it. This child would be almost 40 now. That rumor never made sense to me. Hiding a man's child just because he was on pills.
