Recipe:
123 g of unsalted butter
188 g of sugar
3 yolks
163 g of flour
80 g of chocolate
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 tsp of soda
1. Melt butter in microwave or in a water bath.
2. Add sugar and mix.
3. Add yolks and mix.
4. Mix all the dry ingredients and add to the dough.
5. Add chocolate and mix everything well.
6. We spread the dough on paper, there should be a distance between the loaves so that it does not stick together.
7. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. The main thing is not to overdry.
8. After removing from the oven, sprinkle salt on top.
