The huge “screaming chicken” on the hood is a 70s Trans Am hallmark. FYI the go fast goodies on the Trans Am were always available on the cheaper Firebird Formula right up to the end, but it didn’t get the cosmetic stuff like the screaming chicken and the turned aluminum dash panel.

not sure the laws in japan, but in the US its illegal to impersonate an officer, and in fact having "police" on the side of the vehicle is enough to get you pulled over and bothered about it. HOWEVER, the only time that using the cherries and berries is illegal is while you're driving. You're allowed to have lights in your car, and depending on the state they can only be activated in show situations. So long as no one is attempting to actually to impersonate an officer, none of them will bother you.

As someone who was a teen in the late 90s early 2000s, those Hondas in the middle of the video brings back so many memories. I remember when JDM was coming stateside and it was more of an austere look (basically swapping USDM to JDM) and those in the know would look down on what was becoming antiquated. Now twenty years later, Japanese dudes are replicating this look! So cool!

Most common Interceptor Sedans (Taurus) and Utilities (2013-2019 Explorer) are usually the 3.7L V6 (non-turbo) which is about 300 or so hp. The 3.5L V6 EcoBoost is the TT engine that makes about 365. But these are usually not as common as the 3.7L on the used market. Nowadays the 2020+ Interceptor Utility (Explorer) models with the EcoBoost engine are advertised as making 400hp with the new 3.0L EcoBoost V6 (TT ofc) and from 2015 onwards, AWD is standard on all Interceptor vehicles. 2013-2014 AWD was optional and can be identified based on VIN (same with the Interceptor Sedan).
