What I like about Zimbabwe is it has the most kindest, tolerant, hardworking, genuine loving, welcoming, helpful people I have ever seen. With the hardships they face there is always a smile on their faces❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you for this, another interesting place is Great Zimbabwe where Zimbabwe derived its name from which means House of Stone. This is an archaeological site of built only with stone. It boggled the mind of early European settlers how what they believed to be uncivilized natives had built such a city.

The term " Boma " refers to an animal trap shaped to funnel or to corral wildlife into a cul-de-sac where they can't escape. Activities after tribal face paint and dress include: 1) drumming lessons 2) drumming interaction between partron groups 3) Local and international buffet with a variety of wildlife meats and delicacies. 4) Song, drumming and dance with partrons and musicians. The enthralling party atmosphere is really electric. Seared into memory experience.

As an American and a white man in a multiracial relationship with my darling fiancée, I can say one thing I truly noticed, the government officials treated me poorly and the poor treated me very much as a target, thankfully I’m from Los Angeles and grew up in poverty, I am a bit more seasoned than most. So was able to conduct myself accordingly. On the other hand, people that were employed or the ladies and gentlemen I did business with were such a pleasure, such great connections and conversation. My fiancé is a native zim girl and her family was amazing. It’s definitely a country of contrasts but so much beauty and potential. I’ll be visiting again soon

Funny how they try to portray things in Zim as rosey and beautiful, when on the real Zimbabweans are suffering untold poverty, a slow and untold genocide going on😢
