Thank you Bruce. My wife and I are cleaning a tavern kitchen in our new place. It hasn't been cleaned since before COVID hit our industry so hard (we lost our place of 59 years.) We have an identical machine to the one in your video, other than the two locks on the cleaning arms are three spade head thumb screws. What if the detergent cycle not working. I cleaned the tube an everything but it doesnt suck up the detergent for some reason

Could someone explain to me the sequence of the chemical cycles in a low temp machine? Is it... 1. Wash (detergent gets pumped) 2. Rinse (fresh water comes in) 3. Sanitize (sanitizer chemical gets pumped) 4. Rinse (rinse aid chemical gets pumped) ??

OK Bruce what can I use to clean buildup out of an a ADS dishwasher machine pump and not damage the pump it had buildup in the in the pipe I clean that out now how do I clean the inside of the pump and not take A part what do you recommend thank you

Using the Delimer switch which Bruce explained you will start the machine pump while the machine will not drain, cycle or pump chemicals. Use a lime removing product according to instructions for 6 to 8 minutes drain the machine and clean it. Switch back to normal mode and run multiple times and wipe out again. The machine will now have the lime removed. Never ever mix a lime remover with the sanitizer, it creates a deadly gas and I suggest this cleaning step is done by a manager

Does the San pump run with the prime switch? If no, the San pump motor is bad. If yes, the San switch on the timer is bad.

Take 2 7/16 in wrenches and remove the nut from the bolt going through the cantilever arm or the handle that you open and close it by. While doing this you must hold down the handle because it is under spring tension. Once removing the bolt spacers and nut you gently raise the handle up until the tension is released then you can remove the door or on some models the door retainer which will become obvious and then the door

Good machine bad chemicals. Ecolab chemicals are far superior. Better results at a lower use cost.
