Just wait until Hurricane Season. I did 17 yrs in Key West, and you just can't leave when your in the path of a hurricane. Roads are blocked, planes won't take you out, and the seas are to rough to take a boat out. You just have to hunker down and pray you survive. The only homes that can hold out are built of formed concrete, with a concrete roof. Also, there have been times when t j.g e only place that wasn't flooded was Solaris Hill.
