Rivalries in football are absolutely a brilliant thing, and these games like Ajax - Feyenoord, Celtic - Rangers, Barcelona - Real Madrid, Cliftonville - Linfield and many others, definitely bring some extra atmosphere. Growing up in The Netherlands I have been lucky enough to see the Klassieker a number of times before away fans were banned. In 1993 ,I was on the Coolsingel when Feyenoord celebrated their league title win. And while I am still very happy to support Ajax, and I was happy with this result, I have some amazing friends who support Feyenoord. And as long as they aren't like the idiots who throw stuff at players, the best friends you can wish for are those who support a rival team but are still friends.

Well the 2-1 prediction wasn't technically wrong 🤣 Terrible fans though with the fireworks at the start of the match (causing so much smoke the match had to be paused) and then throwing of beer glasses/ lighters and eventually hitting Klaassen on his head. Just awful. The rivalry and everything is fine, but a lot of these people just cant seem to behave themselves (Feyenoord fans are considered some of the worst in Europe).
