Gosh. It must be tough being the parent of a child who cleary identify as the opposite gender from an early age. Not because of being ashamed but because you know how difficult their early lives are going to be made by other people. Good film. Very original theme. Well played.

@@keghtormsugh8730 sorry to hear that. Life can be a total bitch sometimes. I guess some people are scared of what they don't understand. Others just need someone to dump their self hate on. If you're even slightly different, you become a target for these people. Bullies. I was bullied at school for being different too. It was very hard to get through. I thought about suicide many times and I've been a loner all my life cos I just don't trust other people. But you're in the world and that makes it a better place. Stay strong. Be who you are. I think Gender is an illusion. It's all about procreation, not who you are as a person. If we step outside the drive to breed we're just all people, with arms and legs ect. As a little girl i mostly loved playing with marbles, cars and boys. Preffered wearing pants and keeping up with my older brother . But never ONCE thought of myself as a boy! Thank GOD my parents never took it seriously. As I grew older I started to enjoy Barbie dolls and dresses
@babycakes84342 ай бұрын
Exactly, you are not the only Tom boy who just grew up watching their older brother, or a boy watching his older sister, and wanting wearing dresses. I don't have a problem with truly transgender people. But I have a problem with wanting to change children into another gender, and making it all like a sport, like another cool thing to do. It is progressing with such a speed that in another 20 years we will have every other child changing gender, and in another 10 years 90% of them will be messed up physically and regret that they did so. Then they will start evaluating children better, and start protecting them from haisty decisions. I am happy that I don't have kids, because I wouldn't be happy if someone was trying to secretly change gender of my kid, by insinuating and imposing that they are other gender. It became a great business for all the hospitals who treat these children, so why would they scan it more deeply. There is no need for them to deny future patients, because only $$ matters, not their future and messed up life, where they are trapped in a wrong body. That said there is no return to the primary gender, and they are infertile too thanks to all the hormonal therapy that they went through. Money always talks.
@Ytube928Ай бұрын
And where the hell it's written that marbles and cars are only boys game? All kids are same when in childhood there's no such thing as what belongs to boy or what to girl. They both can play with different kinds of toys as it's good for mental development.. never say to you baby girl that these are boy's game girls shouldn't be playing its senseless thought and corruption only comes from the specifi culture

It was a very interesting movie that by chance I came across. I was relating to the boy so much and as a child growing up I did at times wonder if it were my fault for my parents divorce. Why I say that is because my mother was and still is supportive of my lifestyle. As my dad, not so much until his last couple years before his passing. It meant the world to me and wished we could’ve had more time to get closer. But I am forever grateful that for the time we did have and him coming around and realizing that his acceptance and love meant more than his pride. For so many years, growing up and struggling to get his acceptance… it wasn’t easy and I feel that it did take a toll on so much of how I felt about myself and my relationships along with the whole “daddy issues”. So the long painful road I had to go through in the end was worth it. Parents should always at least try to love your children no matter what, because it makes a difference. Especially, for those who are struggling or confused with their identity.

Do you know what I noticed in this movie before the end part is none of them listen to each other. If you watch the movie carefully they are not understanding each other they jus keep getting offended and not hearing each other that’s why when people talk to each other we have to try hard not to hurt each other you might be missing something really special and fighting instead. I haven’t watched the end yet but I’m so glad I came across this movie. It is showing the problems people are having today and the end word we all saying is the worlds gone mad but I really think If people herd eachothers hearts more these arguments would be out of the picture. Sometimes arguing is healthy but not when it’s like this. You are jus missing the point like that. I pray every relationship accepted by God/ Allah works for the best and people start showing each other luv because that’s what gets people through stuff like this to help their child get out of societys lies and wrong teachings and follow their truth. This Kid I don’t think he’s Gay I think this movie shows how people have misunderstood a lot of children and probably made them think they are gay because they didn’t understand them correct. I feel this boy is jus trying to be a child and at that age their is no gender really and he jus prob wants to be a kid and knows as a kid a kid can have fun and do whatever meaning, he’s not gay he jus likes dresses maybe one day he will be a professor and a woman’s clothes designer. Ya never know. Stop putting the worst idea in your child’s head I understand this mothers pain in this movie because she is fighting for the exact thing she should and that’s getting to the direct truth of why her child is different like that. Don’t just think my child is gay straight away that’s what the wrong teachings want you to do to your children. This mother is right and what she is getting hurt by everyone for is to protect her son. Nice Movie. Will watch the end part now. ✌️

41:59 conversation again between teacher and father this time.... it's as they both dance around the child as if every whim, cry, tantrum, question etc of a child would be Gospel to follow....as if it's not their role to give child sense of security in giving him absolutely normal boundaries ( children needing it for normal development) and instead it is child who can decide that he's going feep sea diving cause he's mermaid and all them have to comply.... it's all on its head, absolutely insane - hence the big mess.... children love to play and use imagination yes, and that's great, but what they need same as oxygen is to feel that adults know what they're doing and give them clear limits - without this balance we see crazy becoming norm and no one is happier or healthier...

I don't know about this one. I think the message is a little convoluted. I don't understand why the wife is missing the level of femininity in the boy. The problem is the boy isn't really socialized to the point where he can communicate. He is only an object and has never apparently been spoken to. I think that's the problem with a lot of children. Parents believe they have ownership instead of stewardship. I was also happy to watch Jim Parsons. I think he was the best part of the movie really.

30 more year ago a child ever had these feelings , I only understand that when a person was born and if they were born without a sex, then they right of choice by God to be who they want to be. As I research in today's generation could be that something in the times changed when a child is born and they automatically get this feelings and looking at this movie it's quite played really well, it's really scary for a patent to witness this of a small beautiful child and thr parents going through this stages is was meant to be so it was meant for thr parents to deal with it this way, so it git more and more then a law came out and then now I feel it's become a trend were I've seen adults from up to regret certain things they can't reverse this is a good time to correct the issues when they are children it's thought out quite well this movie it's really hard but at the end of day it's a parents child and if they are good kids they are human I have friends colleuges who went theou these stages honestly the nicest people ever. But shouldn't allow another to do the same and just have respect for everyone. I mean thr mum has show great responsibility hear how she reacts to whata happening around her wow great movie
