Yeah this was 2011 mate. It was a Scottish Cup replay. The tie was originally played at Ibrox which finished 2-2. We may have lost it on a replay but that tie at Parkhead was a classic Old Firm game. So much going on

The fallout of this game was very OTT. Debated in Parliament and used as an excuse to try and bring in legislation to vilify fans. Nothing on earth like it though.

There has been literal riots when the old firm have met. I think the worst 1 was the Scottish cup final in 1981.

The worst I seen was the rangers support (ICF) attack the fans emptying out the family enclosure at Easter road. Woman, kids and as a result us. That was 1984/5 and I've absolutely hated rangers ever since. Being one of the idiots when I had been a teenager I've never seen any other firm or support attack a family exit at a football match, not once seen that happen at Ibrox or Celtic park. Not seen that again since then

Neil Lennon does have a bad temper but so does Alex Ferguson, Jim McLean and Graeme souness. They never got the abuse Lennon got which included a terrorist organisation sending him a death threat ending his international career. Later on while the Celtic manager an attempt was made on his life. Despite these incidents Lennon got little sympathy and remained a target for abuse. One such instance.was the hearts fan John Wilson assaulting him at tynecastle.
