This perfectly depicts that a bunch of instruments can have such a huge impact on the overall sound. Unlike how most of the music today is synthesized on the synth. Also, I love seeing the look on their faces. How happy they are! You can clearly tell they love music. American football is the real emo.

it looks like another person have recorded the vocals in studio. Strange to me...

he probably just had some pitch correction and a lot of reverb to make his vocals sound that way on record. I think he sounds really good here though.

Nah he is just very flat in this performance. I wonder what he's hearing through the headphones because at times he is way off while at others he is pretty close to perfect.
