Wow Zahi! The narrow brick streets, the balconies, the small trees in the backyards, the churches, it all reminds me of Savannah, Ga or Charleston, SC. I really enjoyed this. I never knew any American groups (Mormons) tried to settle Israel. I really enjoyed learning something new. Thanks.

The story of an American dream that unfortunately could not resist over time, moving and instructive. However everything evolves and is reborn...

The house next to the church was Gasthaus Frank. Was it also called Hotel Wilhelma?

Hotel Du Park

@@zahishaked Dear Zahi, I am an expert on postcards and covers of Hotels in Israel during the Ottoman period. The building next to the Church I was referring to wasn't the Hotel Du Parc. I was referring to the other building on the other side. It was used at different times as a Hotel and school. It was definitely called Gasthaus Frank. Also it was called Hotel Frank. I am almost positive it was also known for a time as Hotel Wilhelma. Because there is only one postcard in which the hotel is heavily shaded with trees, it is difficult to be sure. There were definitely at least 3 major Hotels in Jaffa at the time. Jerusalem Hotel, also called Hardegg's Hotel, Hotel Du Parc, and Hotel Palestine owned by Kaminitz. I was hoping you might be able to confirm that Hotel Wilhelma was not a 4th one Thanks Jean-Pierre Katz the hose right next to the church I was referring to

Zahi Shaked my kind wise friend, thank you for keeping in touch with your friends and extended family, from the Holy Land, and now we are going to visit the Germans, We love the Germans, in fact it is believed that the Romans the House of Julius, Were all Germans. Germanicus, Britannicus, Augustus, and many more. They were not Italians, but Conquering Germans, that Conquered the Etruscan Culture, the Greeks, the Persians, the Syrians , the Assyrians, and brought the Ancient Egyptians under Roman Rule. There is much history to study from Minutus Lausus Manilianus 0,068 A.D. and from Flavius Josephus 0,037 A.D. to 100 A.D. Zahi Shaked there is still much research to do, and we have found that the Iconoclasts not only changed the books and writings of Ancient Roman History, but destroyed Ancient Books that Flavius Josephus had originally to make references to. The Iconoclasts have sought to destroy the History of Nations and Peoples, for the last 6,000 years. Many now claiming to be descendants of the Holy Roman Emperors. In reality are fraudulent Usurper's they are not of the House of Julianne.
