I have listened to Morissette first before I learned about Katrina they are both amazing but Katrina is out of this world She is insanely phenomenal, She is taking every song to a higher dimension and no singer can sing Whitney Houston for straight 12 minutes only her, Her lungs is wider like a hot air balloon. Whitney Houston songs are hard song to sing. I give her credit for that.

This is one of my favorite Katrina videos. I actually like how the crowd is quiet, I can listen and enjoy her voice even more lol. I think the crowd in the Philippines is very hard to please when it comes to singing because there’s a lot of talented singers there.

Yeah like being a belter is not advantage, you have to have a unique sounds, techniques that's when you sing people will recognize you with your voice. Like in singing competition, most of the singer can belt. In the end it's a battle of song choice, arrangement and the impact of it. Katrina Velarde is whole package and yet underrated, its the handlers/ managers fault.
