I agree. She wants that “Hollywood nose.” That’s sculpted and so obvious! She is still swollen. So I’m sad at the end when she is back and forth about it. She is very beautiful. Imagine after swelling goes down, the Dr. did very nice.

I need a face lift, my real face is hiding behind years of neglect and I need to have it back.
