Ragazzi smettete di prendervela con loro!! "Noodles" viene utilizzato all'estero per riferirsi a tutti quei tipi di pasta di forma allungata come tagliatelle, spaghetti, fettuccine ecc. Che siano di farina di grano, di pasta all'uovo o di farina di riso non cambia: in inglese li chiamano comunque "noodles". Quindi per piacere non impazzite nei commenti!

Guarda che con Noodles si intende pasta appiattita e allungata, anche in Italia. E' un termine internazionale. Ovvio che poi ogni paese chiama le cose con un proprio nome. Ma non è che solo in Italia hanno capito che se metti farina, uova e acqua, puoi farci strisce di pasta. E' la cosa più semplice che ogni popolo su questo pianeta, intuisce che si possa fare con quegli ingredienti basici. Non abbiamo l'esclusiva sul nome delle strisce sottili di pasta

Hi! Italian Pizzaiolo here! I invite you to travel to Italy one day and try the food, even the one you don't like in America, because it's really different. Saying this from experience because when I traveled to America and tried things like sea food or pizza they were not so delicious or good as those I eat in my home country unless when I went to authentic Italian restaurants with nonna recipes. Food in the US is very different from Italy in taste

im from abruzzo and ive never ever seen saffron mussels, my region its renowed for saffron production tho... but there are hundreds of traditional dishes here that are way more common than this one

How can you not like pizza? If pizza is too salty you should maybe change the restaurant. Or you make pizza rolls: use half a roll, then you put tomato sauce on the roll (like you would put jam on a bread) and some cheese on top of it. If you don't like one type of cheese, then simply try another one. This should also work with toast ... then you have pizza toast. I have to think about Toast Hawaii: Toast + ham + slice of pinaple + cheese >> jummy 🫓+🍅+🧀>>🍕

E' difficile fare un elenco decente dei migliori cibi italiani per due semplici motivi: il primo è che ce ne sono troppi, anche se si scendesse a livello di regioni sarebbero comunque troppi, quasi ogni singolo paese o città ha i suoi cibi tipici. Il secondo motivo, collegato al primo, è che ciò che ci hanno cucinato nonne e mamme per noi sono sempre, o quasi, i migliori.

Neapolitan pizza was invented in Napoli. But it's not the only pizza, there is the Roman pizza, the Sicilian pizza, the pizza al tegamino etc...

Having said that, learn for example that pizza in the USA was produced and marketed even before it was in many areas of Italy (excluding Campania and Naples, obviously). There is no Neapolitan style. Neapolitan pizza is not a style among others. Furthermore, the list of different Neapolitan pizzas is endless. The fact remains, respecting also the other uses and customs of pizza in the world, that in the Universe of pizza Naples is the equivalent of God and the rest of the world is represented by followers, believers, who manage more or less to respect the religion of the quality of this gastronomic product, whatever the cultural context of reference. P.S. I will not respond to any objections in this regard. My ethics require me not to argue about the indisputable. I leave this sad exercise to the hysterical, the idiots and the incompetent.
