Joel is a good kid. He actually follows up with his words, and visits the places he "reacts" to.

Glad that you have discovered Joel. He's had his channel for years, researching and reacting to Britain, just like you. He's managed 2 trips to Britain since. So if you like reacting to reactors, he could be your boy. From Yorkshire

Hello a scouser here. So glad you have found Joel here on YT. He’s great. Love how he mingles in. Enjoys things & places. Doesn’t just do the tourist places. I follow a few guys on here who react to all things British. A few have been over here . Some moved here from the States. Liverpool to me is the best city in The world! We have everything to offer. Great nightlife. Beaches. Amazing restaurants. And the best thing is we are no where near London so prices here are way cheaper! We are an extremely multicultural city. Plus so much fab culture. I’ve been lucky to travel around the world. The only places I’ve not been is north & South America. That’s a long story 🤦♀️ Liverpool is up there for being a pretty amazing city. Great to live here & great for tourists! We are so much more than The Beatles ! We have a great sense of humour to!!! For every Scouser we are not English we are Scouse 1st! English next. British last! I hope you get to visit one day hun. You are very welcome to my city any time xx💙🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴

Great City man. I live 20 min outside on its outskirts. Great position on the map. In a day you can visit Manchester, North Wales . The Lakes , Chester. and even York if you set off very early. The night life is good, Theres 3 Unerversitys in Liverpool and they like to get out.

I love Liverpool. I have always felt welcome and comfortable there. The people have a good sense of humour (particularly witty) and the city is lovely with a wide range of museums, art galleries, parks and interesting historical places. It has two world class football teams and two cathedrals. The added bonus is that it is not far from the sea. Not only London has an underground transport system, they have one too, which people do not always know about. People who say negative things about the place are usually those who have never been to the city. Likewise those who reinforce negative stereotypes of its people are not likely to have any experience of the place or its people. There are certain foods that are specific to Liverpool, e.g. a kind of stew called scouse. The River Mersey is pronounces, "merzee"/"merzy.

I wouldn't go so far as to say it has two world class football teams, but it certainly has one. The other one is LFC ;-)

Im from Bristol in the South West. Ive been to Liverpool multiple times, the locals are friendly, funny and good people. I live 50 miles south of Bristol these days in the heart of Somerset but if i ever did decide to move to the North of England then I'd want to move to the Pool...... Liverpool does get a bad rep from certain people but for me its unfounded as i love the city and its people.........

They were not black pudding, but the Cosy Club 'house' rostis. They are handmade with freshly grated potato, onion and 'Barber's' (brand) vintage cheddar cheese; with chives and twice-fried for crunch. They REALLY are good ! Yum! Yum! 😋👍

I used to work with a couple of people from Liverpool and they had their own little "war", especially when there was a derby match at times. Liverpool has 2 football teams, Liverpool and Everton - the Everton supporter insisted he wasn't a Scouser but a Liverpudlian. 😅

I had a look at the cafe's breakfast menu and the "Classic Breakfast with Fried Egg (991kcal) consists of Cumberland sausage, smoked back bacon, fried egg, hash browns, beans, mushroom, roast vine tomatoes, buttered toasted sourdough" Joel is a nice lad, glad he has been able to travel and see a bit of the world. There is another couple on Magic Geekdom who have also been to the U.k. several times, I think it was for about 5/6 months last year, and they are planning on coming back again next year. Magenta Otter also comes the to the U.K. every year, they have bought a flat in Cheltenham now.

Joel is a nice laddie.. watched his reactions n that for a couple of years and still watch them. Think the only negative thing I can say, is he refuses to give Scotland a fair chance after he came to Edinburgh, and If I remember correctly asked a Scottish lassie in the street if she was Scottish and he didn’t get a very pleasant answer😂 Since then every time he talks about Scotland he goes to that encounter, and don’t think it’s a fair representation of Scotland. Hoping he does give the country another visit coz he’s missing out through one bad interaction😑lol Much love💙🏴

Someone should tell him approaching women in the street is never going to get him a good reaction. In America, harassing young women is a habit. Here, the women get angry.

The best thing about an English breakfast is that it can be eaten at any time of the day for any meal. Makes no difference, it just works. Many places serve an “all day breakfast”.

The full English is one of them typical "Brit food" things where, okay, it looks alright, but when your tastebuds get a hold of it... You realise it is on another level! :) Ironically, the type of restaurants who actually manage to spoil a full English are the celebrity chef ones, such as your Gordon Ramseys etc etc, and they charge a ridiculously amount for the pleaser of ruining a good brekkie too!!!
