i have afro american friends and family in law enforcement and they have told me stories of looking at a person's I.D. and it says CAUCASIAN and the person was darker than they were lolol. had no idea they can do that if they are considered hispanic/latino.

It's so hard to believe she never met any South Americans in the UK. I'm from Belgium and I went to a diverse school in a working class neighbourhood as a teen and we were almost all from non Belgian background (the white kids too) There were quite a few kids from from Peru,Chilli,Bolivia and Brazil. There was a whole neighborhood of Brazilian and other South American people in that area and we are a tiny country in Europe.
