The hosts changed a few years, so look for the earlier episodes when Mat and Liz were the presenters (2007-2012, I think). It does focus on disability, but it's so hysterical I'm sure non-disabled people would find it interesting and entertaining too!

I feel freak show is such an underrated season, like I understand it wasn't that scary but like these are real people! They are humans currently living! Having to deal with a**holes like this sometimes! It's so amazing that these people are so confident now and encourage everyone to live life to the fullest.
