Some great things there Becky. I love shopping in USA there are such bargains in the outlets. I bought a short sleeved cotton shirt in Walmart many years ago. It is the perfect travel shirt and I still have it! Gap and Old Navy are the same company I believe, although Gap has virtually disappeared in the UK. I remember the excitement and anticipation of shopping in the USA! The vlog bought it back, thank you!

The quality of US brands like Ralph Lauren, Hilfiger, Calvin Klein etc. is also better in Germany but the things are also way more expensive. Love the Gilmore Girls shirt but everything else was really nice as well.

I bought a nice winter coat Calvin Klein too at Winners in Canada. I think it's like TJMax. Luv Walmart too. I shop Walmart for groceries and clothes etc. a 5 min.walk from where I live.

Love Shopping full stop in USA...When I was 22/24 size there wasn't the best choice...But at size 16 /18 it's was far better...New York I was disappointed as very little plus size...22/24...You got some nice stuff xxxx

Torrid sizing even though they don’t include the “x” is generally 3=3x, 4=4x etc. The licensed tees like the Gilmore girls one typically run smaller than the other stuff. It’s hard to get to know their subedits of like which tees are relaxed, which are fitted, which are tunic length…. I don’t find their in store shopping to be my favorite for deals or selection but I’m also in their larger size range which they don’t carry much of in store. The size 5/5x should have been quite roomy for you ma’am! I’d guess you’re more of a 2/3. Hope you enjoyed your time here! Target and Walmart have multiple in house plus brands but again online shopping is much more abundant. Oh and you can ship to store with torrid for free pickup.

Old Navy is under the GAP umbrella....Banana Republic, GAP and Old Navy. Old Navy is a cheap GAP.

It’s bc none of the clothes you can find in America are actually MADE in America. True story! Most of our plus size stores Jack the prices up so that you think you are getting a deal when they are “on sale.” The sale prices are actually more like normal prices. Nobody buys the things when they are full price. $40 for a tshirt (there was a tshirt I wanted from torrid at $39 😱) - no thanks! Glad you had fun in Vegas. Hope I can come back to the UK myself one day! I was there in the 1980’s so it’s been quite a while!
