Must really have been a ghastly bugging experience to Jessica living in small town Bihar with its intrusive, loud, predatory, chaotic and utterly unreliable civic facilities which arguably is the worst for Indians themselves.

Suresh ji, I understand that you don't appear to care for Bihar but I can assure you that Jessica is there by choice. India has much to offer
