RM called this Joke, because he's sort of shading a lot of other rappers by showing them all up, doing all different styles of rap, trap, mumble rap, speed, etc, just throwing it out there calling what some others do as a Joke, compared to him!! Even to the point where he's saying 'I told you that I'm monster!! That I be rapping nonstop'!! He's just throwing it back to all the haters out there. Showing all different styles, and one upping them and then some.

The collab bt ❣️Wale & RM “Change” MV is an absolute must to react to! It was released right around the time the corrupt president in s.korea, at the time at beginning of 2017 was impeached, and a president who even supported BTS even giving them the Cultural Merit of Honor Medal, never before ever awarded to anyone so young, let alone a Kpop group. But meanwhile in the America trump was just elected president. This was before blm movement, but so many shootings were always going on that Wale touched on as well as so much more that was so timely then as well as equally relevant now!
