Well, Bundesnetzagentur isn‘t just renewable energy, it’s also gas pipelines, non-renewable energy, and… uhm… even telecommunications and stuff… it’s like a government department for the (market) regulation of pretty much all kinds of infrastructure… and the catch in this particular case is that the subsidies had reached the end of the contract, which resulted in an end of contract for the feed-in of the wind energy into the general power grid, and… that lead to the fall of even more bureaucratic dominoes…
