JuL is a pretty complicated topic : if you ask the french everybody hates him and his music but in the end he is one of the biggest on the market, huge record selling And about Orelsan yeah you gotta read the lyrics it's deeper than it looks ;) Great reaction, i love the fact you stop the music to tell us what you think, THIS is a real reaction video keep it up !

@@qwmha ok so there's good and bad reasons: some people mock his grammar, think he's too simple in his music and everything, kinda mock him because he made everything himself and he's very popular Others (hi) point out that he's MASSIVELY sexist (specifically objectifying women) and homophobic and really don't relate to his music at all.

JuL is just way ahead of his time and the most unique artist. That is why they don’t even know how to react to him but as you said he is now the best selling rap artist in french history and is quickly becoming the greatest and for me he is the most complete artist in the world.

Hi! I'm a native French speaker and I'm a super fan of French rap. However, we might not have the same tastes (which doesn't matter because all tastes are in the nature). I think that the particularity of French rap is lyricism. Of course, as a native French speaker, I can understand their lyrics and suggesting you the best lyrical French rappers is irrelevant for non French speakers. But the lyrics of some famous French rap songs have a high quality English translation on Google (not through Google Translate obviously but on some websites specialized in lyrics translation). My favorite is politically engaged lyrical French rap. I'm sure that you're having a ton of reaction requests so you don't need to react to my suggestions, but if you do I will watch it! Here are my suggestions : Kery James (he made a song about the U.S. recently, this one is very political. For info, the official video includes an English translation that you can activate in the video's KZbin parameters : kzbin.info/www/bejne/j2mtYoJ5btV6nsk ) IAM (they are legendary, they truely pioneered French rap. 12:36 I started to hate autotune a while ago because it was used by so many untalanted rappers to disguise their lack of talent. I think especially in america it was a plague, but unfortunately it swapped over to german rap as well. Anyway, I like that you react to more european rap, keep it up! :) Edit: There is a quite old track of Juju when she was still doing stuff with SXTN, called Berliner Schnauze.
