4:34 Amtsblatt = "Official Gazette" is THE WAY regional government agencies (e.g. ones town) or public corporations use/have to use as they are legally required to "announce" changes ... one can get it at ones two hall AND week-/monthly free house in the post-box ... most ppl think it's commercials, so... ^^
