Back when I was at school we used to play football every break on the playground with a tennis ball. With as many people on each team as showed up. One goal was chalked on a brick wall, and the other was on a chain link fence.

Kids play football at school every break for like 12 years. That's like 40 minutes (2 normal Breaks) + 50 minute break = 1:30 hours of practice each day five days per week. And yes they will play football throughout their breaks, deduct 10 minutes for eating dinner. Then there is afterschool practice if they want to play more.

England's squad of 24 this year contained only two who are older than 30, and 10 who are 25 or younger. So the squad is still quite young. Most might expect to play in 2026, and many even in 2030...or 2034. So, provided Southgate is afforded the time, and the fans are patient, England may look forward to even better times ahead. As for your video, I actually prefer to watch schools football, rugby, lacrosse, and even athletics, than professional teams. The enthusiasm and energy is contagious.

personally as an english fan we were the better team for the most part of the game, mbappe was dealt with really well, in the first half some refereeing decisions did not go our way, there was a quite obvious foul in the lead up to the first france goal that was not given and then there should have been a penalty for us in the first half, where kane was hacked down inside the box. second half we played much better, and decisions went our way, but the problem was we didnt take our chances and france did, if harry had scored his second penalty i reckon we would have won it but he didnt and so we lost.

In alot of football countries so many kids start kicking a ball around at 2-3 years old. There isnt much of a spread to other sports like basketball baseball etc...football is probably close to 95% of kids playing it and 5% playing something else. So these kids are doing stuff you see all the kids doing.

Heartbroken to have gone out in the quarterfinals. For a lot of the match it looked like it could have been either of us winning, but I guess at the end it just came down to luck. And the ref I guess. And I just know that both Kane and Southgate are going to get a lot of unnecessary abuse which is probably the saddest part of all.

I'm not a soccer fan...Rugby Union is my jam...but these kids start almost as soon as they can walk. Some three-year-olds play with a soccer ball like it's a part of them. They want to be professionals, so they practice every chance they get. When they're old enough, and if they're good enough, they can sign up for apprenticeships on pro team books. The best players can make more than pro basketball, baseball and AFL players. There are millions to be made.

Bro if you want to really feel this sport in the right way, you have to turn in to Argentina fan. Here in Argentina we live futbol, we breathe futbol, we eat futbol, we love futbol, is our passion and share this feeling to anyone who have the guts to cheer like we do. If you turn in to Argentina fan i assure you going to understand this sport in a unique way. I warning you, this is only for people who are ready to suffer, to cry, to tear their throat apart cheering to the last minute of the day, its extremely addictive because the reward is huge. Got to see the Arg-Netherlands match. I know you dont going to be desaponted. Saludos de Argentina hermano, in the grandstand of Argentina always have room to another brother. I'll be honest. I was really happy when i saw England getting knocked out. All this "it's coming home" finally came to an end. It's never coming home, deal with it. If British people didn't have that British mentality they would probably already won the cup multiple times but... they are British.
