A fishing show that is not really about fishing. They could be just going for a walk chatting about life. Funny, heart warming and tranquil, it is such a change from 99% of TV shows.

I had a Welsh headmaster at my junior school. I think he was a little frustrated that we 9 and 10 year olds couldn't quite match a true Welsh male voice choir - magical.

I found it interesting that you thought so much about the music, just seemed like the standard sort of thing you’d get on a Bbc show to me, I guess it shows how good the production is on these types of programmes that perhaps I’ve always just taken for granted

Lovely to see someone reacting to this sweet and funny show with Paul and Bob. I only discovered their fishing series in the last month, and fell in love with it. Am a huge fan of Paul's work. The production values and music backdrop in this series are fantastic. Love it.

Love Yorkshire, happily drinking water from river then saw dead sheep in river further a long. Then found tree hung with dead moles. Though the most beautiful, friendly place I've been. Saw scenes shot from last of summer wine. Shout out to Askrigg in Yorkshire, waterfalls, beautiful natural beauty. I was only 15 but adored my stay. I'm in my 50s now, so hey ho, happy memories.

It's BBC. That explains the great soundtrack. BBC have access to enormous libraries of audio they are free to use. And they came from radio so have always appreciated the importance of a good sound track.
