Hey man. The songs are so short because Copyrights! If they be longer, you maybe blocked by KZbin. But you are right. This is so good music produced in Germany. Now,not all that acters are german. But the music is produced here. And Germany got a verry good music scene. I am proud about it, because I like good music from all over the world! Many greatings from Duisburg in Germany

2002 Herbert Grönemeyer's "Mensch" was pretty often played - I've seen many videos of the massive floodings all over Germany in August 2002 with this song playing in the background. I've been living in an area that got hit by the floodings. The cities were Grimma and Döbeln, both got hit pretty well. Also well known was Dresden - the capital of the state Saxony where I'm from - Dresden was flooded by at least 2 different rivers (Weißeritz and Elbe). 2006 some songs were written for the football (soccer) world championship in Germany 2006

I don't know which country you come from, but in Germany there are singers who sing in Spanish and in English and Internationally famous are such songs of the left Americans that would actually be American songs so sorry if that is not in your life But if you want to listen to purely German music or at least something that calls itself as such, listen to German hits, I personally don't do that Because that is often so happy and so cheerful and disgusting to the ear
