He's the one of the most popular athletes in France, every sports included. I met him once. Nothing but humble, and respectful casual guy. He comes from working class, never forgot about it.

Another interesting thing about this athlete, and also explaining in part his speed and explosiveness despite his size, unlike most of other big guys usually in sports, in rugby for example, was the fact he was 6.2 for 254 lbs, but with only 5% body fat at the peak of its Career, which is just insane, a % of body fat almost as low as pro bodybuilders in competition. Yeah that explain a bit his unreal abilities despite his size, he Has (had coz he retired 10 years ago) an insane genetic, 254 lbs of pure muscles. Btw, a real gentleman outside the stadium, a perfect example of gentle giant, despite his look/attitude on the field, and he was known for his legal tackles, never dangerous ones, unlike some other big guys in rugby.
