As a Brit I understand how hard it is to get a classic like "The Inbetweeners" through the You Tube police. Respect to you m8 for doing it and you won't be disappointed. Its also very true too life. This happened to 95% of British kids when we were that age. The other 5% were privately educated and wouldn't watch or understand this. They were too busy eating encyclopaedias lol. You will love this programme m8👍👍

Js but I was privately educated and this is my favourite/most relatable show - we're not so different you and I 😁
@Whatthe265 Жыл бұрын
I also was privately educated and it was the most popular show at school. Common rooms filled with 35 lads watching one 45inch tele every Tuesday night or whatever it was, think it was Mondays actually

Basically if your British then ripping the piss out of each other is an art form. If your friend doesn't call you a dozy cunt at least once a week then he isn't a great friend ;)

Will never get tired of watching Yanks react to this show. This show captured my generation perfectly. You'll love it. If you watch the movies though, it's probably best to ignore the second one.

I liked the second movie, think it's worth a watch if you like The Inbetweeners. Definitely below par though.

And avoid the US version at all costs! They can't do a good version of British comedy! 🤮
@beastfifahq2731 Жыл бұрын
Think the second one overall isn’t that bad like a 6/10 for me, just nothing compared to the other movie or episodes and it completely ruins the storyline imo. I finished the second one a bit sad tbh🤣

I was at school in the mid 80s and really it was that brutal, you really had to grow a very thick skin quickly in order to fit in, however definitely the best years of my life. I'm afraid you won't escape this rabbit hole!

We had a “boner” kid in school too (U.K.), it followed him all the way through school up until we left. I sometimes wonder if he ever bumps into someone from school going about his adult life to have them shout “Alright Boner?!” at him.
@SuperFurry68A Жыл бұрын
After this reaction, I have a funny feeling you’re going to love this incredible show. The Inbetweeners is often still on TV here in the UK, but I never watch it. I can’t get enough of others reacting to it though. It’s my guilty pleasure. BONER!

This is absolutely entirely accurate as to what state schools (public schools as you'd call them) are like over here. It's spot on! The one and only totally unrealistic thing is how Will manages to pay for 4 pints, 4 carvery dinners, 4 double rum and cokes and later a further 4 pints (doesn't get them but is willing to) on £20.

I grew up in Ireland, so not in the UK, but schools are like this over our way too, you have to develop a thick skin, everyone's out to get each other really, so this show is really realistic to how teenagers talk in both the UK and Ireland
@eddiebirdie1545 Жыл бұрын
Man seriously you have to keep going with this series it never let's you down, just when you think it can't get any worse for the boys it does, it may be a bit exaggerated but it's pretty close to most British kids experience of high school. 😂

@alexandermills9965 Жыл бұрын
Should say that all the stories of the inbetweeners are based off of the producers and directors who made the show. Obviously over exaggerated to make it funnier but this is one of the reasons why it worked so well.

Great reaction vid thanks. Just one tiny niggle though... could you please balance the sound a little better. Your microphone is much louder than the source video which results in your laughter hurting my ears if I adjust the volume to listen to The Inbetweeners. If you are using OBS, it is possible to pre-amplify the source if you can't match it to the mic. Look forward to the next one.
