For those who want to make this at home; If you want to make Mac Sauce, add some sweet relish(I like to do this instead of sugar tbh, dill pickle relish is also very tasty too) and minced onion to the mix. If you want to make Zesty Sauce, add some cayenne pepper and prepared horseradish. Personally, I like to do both for maximum flavor.

I wish I could give you an award for actually cooking a REAL American style bacon cheeseburger. I was beginning to believe no one in Asia was capable of it. I appreciate the burger diversity in Asia but I have seen far too many Asian burger cooks make a teriyaki burger put bacon on it and call it “American”. I’m from the center of the USA. The heartland is what we call it and we grow most of our beef here so burgers and steak are staples. There are lots of versions of a good burger but you guys pretty much nailed it. Great job. 👍🏻

@@RiptoGakt Thats called a "smash burger" and its the classic fast food way of making a stackable patty. Make sure you smash it down immediately after the meat hits the pan. Get it as thin as you can, don't cook it as long as these guys did. Form your crust on the outside, make sure its cooked through but thats it, they cook really fast, they were definitely overcooked in this video.
